Family doing well, thanks very much for asking. Still running about 4-5 miles every morning, and trying to get some biking in (usually keep up the momentum from the Tour until September, then it tends to, like, stop).

You are well, as well?

Wife and I are doing very well. Thanks. Less stress after the move. I've been doing the Jason Fung fasting thing, and it feels great. Lost about 20 lbs. so far. Right now we're at the Bellvale Creamery. She got Salty Caramel Crunch in a waffle cone. I got a diet root beer.

Good to see you here. Please speak up if I say anything even slightly misleading on the board.
