My ahi is way worse without one. Literally feels like I glue shut.

Even if your situation is t that extreme, lack of humidification could cause a problem. And if it's an APAP I would certainly use it as one.

I'm new here. Take my advice with a grain of salt .
Hello fellow newbie!

To be honest I hadnt considered it before, but I think that could help me as I constantly wake up with a dry mouth.
Seriously, Gobi desert has more moisture than my mouth in the mornin' sometimes!

Shoot. Quoted before a kind person alerted me to my pre-coffee foible. Yet you still understood what I was saying! Kudos .

Yes, humidifier, not dehumidifier, and yes, that can really affect your sleep. Hopefully you can add one? It's harder to breath through a dry mouth .. and throat. Could be something to do with this.

Haha no problem, honestly I didnt know if it was dehumidifier or humidifier. So used to the de- from just having a normal dehumidifier at home I seem to automatically type or say that. But yea I get your meaning
