No..there were no large leaks...at it's not 60 %...it's 60 L/min for a Respironics machine and total leak reporting...actually not a much excess leak at all at those really high pressures. Large leak territory for a Respironics machine at those 18 cm pressure...probably up around 90 to 100 L/min total leak.
Go back and look at the Events graph...see the LL..that's Large Leak...if there had been any large leaks there would be flags on that LL line and there are none.
You may be comparing the Repironics total leak number to the way the ResMed machines report leak and they aren't the same so you can't use the same guidelines.

Nothing needs to be changed. Things are fine like they are now that the machine is functioning like it is supposed to.

Huh????....where did you come up with ASV???...OP isn't using an ASV machine....not even using a bilevel machine.
It's an APAP machine...appears to be the PR S1 model 560.

If you want to discuss your specific issues....create a thread of your own and quit muddying up the waters on other peoples' threads with your ramblings about yourself...it's too confusing and doesn't help the OP who started the thread at all.
