Dreammapper error with Dreamstation
I hope someone can guide me as I'm almost to the end of my patience. I started cpap therapy last month with a Dreamstation CPAP. Long story short, I was told by the DME it was full data capable which was not true. They tried to charge me a $200 exchange fee even though they knew from beginning that full efficacy data was important to me. So I returned the equipment and changed providers. Picked up new Dreamstation Auto CPAP yesterday. When I downloaded the Dreammapper app and attempted to register the machine I got an error stating the serial number is not compatible with dreammapper. Grrrrr! So frustrating! No one answers the phone and I've sent an email with no response yet. Has this happened to anyone else? Suggestions please?

As most of the users will suggest here, it would be better to download Sleepyhead (free) instead.
Although it might sound convenient to access your data using your mobile device, it can't beat the information SH will give you.
On the other hand, let's wait for someone who has better experience with the mobile app.

It sounds like you're dealing with counterfeit or stolen merchandise!
