Yes, both the therapy hours and blower hours were set at zero so I guess I got lucky. I'll go back and check again, both should read about 24 hours by now. The case does have a nick in it which would seems to suggest that it has been previously used but of course there could be a different explanation. I also notice that there are no open box 760s on Secondwind.

Online inventory offered doesn't always match up exactly with what they actually have...Mark told me that once when I was asking about a machine and it showed one available but he told me he really had half a dozen. He said that it's hard to keep the online inventory numbers exact and as long as they have at least one of what is offered they don't really worry too much about being exact.

You got lucky and probably saved a few dollars.

There are two other indicators that I found. Machine hours - and it matches both therapy hours and Blower hours - and Reset Data. Reset Data buttons always worry me.

I lowered the EPAP min to 8 last night and had a PS of 1-5. RERA went up significantly and apart from a last 70 minutes of SWJ the AHI was again at 0.7. I'm going to raise the EPAP min to 9.0 and leave it there for a few days to see what happens. There is so much more to play with using a BiPAP. My first two nights had my RERA below 2 and I want to get back there.

The Reset Data choice only pertains to therapy hours. It won't change the blower hours.
Try it sometime and you will see.

OK, had an AHI of 1.7 last night but slept comfortably and woke up feeling quite good. However, though the RERAs were a little high, I'm going to leave the settings where they are for at least a week.

What is worrying is the Periodic Breathing (CSR?). Last night it was over 14% and as someone who has had a triple bypass it's something I can't afford to ignore. Before I go gallivanting off to the doctor and cardiologist, I'd like to know if this really is Cheyne-Stokes Respiration. If I'm developing congestive heart failure I'd rather know sooner than later. I've posted a graph of a section of the largest PB episode, which was 12 minutes, to see what the experts here think. I don't know what I should be looking for but I'm sure others here do.

Zoomed in a little too close on the report above but it doesn't look CSRish to me from what is shown.
I did respond in more detail in your other thread about PB and CSR.

Thanks for the exemplars of CSR Pugsy. Looking at my data from Sleepyhead it doesn't look my PB has anything to do with CSR which I am relieved about. There is a history of congestive heart failure in the family so anything that points to that I have to take seriously.

Xxyzx. As a former cardiac patient (triple bypass) I can use the bulk billing system here in Australia to check out my heart. I schedule (via my GP) to have a bulk billed myocardial perfusion stress test and an echocardiogram every three years (or sooner if I have issues) but thank you for the suggestion. I'm not going to worry about my PB results at this point in time. Thanks to all other forum members who contributed to this thread.
