Call them and ask for the summary of coverage.

It's my understanding that none of the Kaiser aca plans cover CPAP. But you still get Kaiser's discounted price at Crapria which is a big discount. But you still have to deal with Crapria.

Ask for the Evidence of Coverage to be certain if your plan covers it or not or you can call Kaiser's DME DEPARTMENT to ask.

Compare that discounted price with our forum hosts, cpap.com.
Paying out of pocket bites, but you don't have to jump through any hoops.
My first Autoset was OOP, and having no schedule to follow gave me the freedom
to find the right mask for my unusual (but endearing) face.
I used their mask return insurance several times. (Thanks, Johnny)

If someone qualifies for silver 94 how can they afford to pay for their DME costs? This makes no sense.

If insurance does not cover it, there are NO LIMITS concerning where you can buy.
Cpap.com, secondwindcpap.com, or Greyghost (forum member) are all preferable to Apria and other local clip joints.
NEVER pay full price--who do you think you are- NASA?
You would do well to just proceed with your treatment---ON YOUR OWN
If you can not afford anything, contact the appropriate charities.
Being angry accomplishes nothing.

Yup. I had to stop using asthma long acting inhalers because the first one would cost me over $400. Can't afford it and pay premiums, too. Fortunately I am getting along ok without them as I have diet, exercise, and supplements dialed in.
