7. Don't forget to close your eyes so they don't dry out.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

About them naps... I have heard both sides of the argument.... and both arguments have reasonable arguments. I think if you are the type of person that an afternoon nap will disrupt your nighttime sleeping... yes avoid them. But I take a small afternoon nap and I feel refreshed and ready to chase Mrs Buford around the house . I have no problem with going to sleep at night. I know it disrupts some folks sleep regiment, but it is a priceless blessing to others.

Re Naps and good sleep:
If you have no problems falling asleep at a reasonable time at night and you have no serious problems with multiple night time awakenings during the night, the taking a nap during the day doesn't tend to affect your night time sleep. And it can certainly make you function better if you wake up from the nap feeling refreshed.
But if you are dealing with insomnia problems or delayed sleep phase problems that are severe enough to interfere with your life, then daytime napping may very well aggravate the night time sleep problems.

Has a Full bed, It's full alright, of me. With all my stuff in the room, if I went with a bigger bed i'd have to climb in over the foot to get in bed. Used to live in the basement, lots of room had a Calif King down there, but I can't use the stairs anymore. I need a house with larger rooms. Not going anywhere, I'll have to put up with it. Jim
