Resmed had a bad batch of humidifiers. My problem was not with the light though, it was with the heating element. They replaced it under warranty. I'd ask for a replacement. When the heater failed i woke inthe middle of the night with a screaming "ice cream headache".

The orange light in the humidifier stays on all the time, night and day. Is there something wrong with the machine?

It is a ResMed VAPAP-COPD.

Thank you ,
