How do I create an avatar?

I can not figure out how to create an Avatar on this site.

Click on User Control Panel upper left below the cpaptalk.com logo then click on the Profile Tab and around the middle left there is an Edit Avatar tab.

The avatars themselves need to be fairly small jpg files 150kb or smaller. If you see an avatar you like on a different forum, you could simply download it and upload it here. Or use one of the online picture resizer services to reduce a picture to avatar size.
