Ok, So even wouldn't hurt to use it all the time, or should I really use distilled if I can?
It's not a problem using distilled, I'm just running out tonight.

Well I'm sorry, I wanted to install the sleepyhead software, but I can't e en get so far as to whether I install it on a Android phone or on a Windows PC.
I thought I was supposed to use my phone, cause of blue tooth, but it looks like it's for windows.
I don't know if my PC has Bluetooth?
Oh boy.

Sleepyhead must be installed on a PC. There is no android version of Sleepyhead.

Have not read about crushed ice, what is that supposed to do, make you cooler?
yes. if you don't mind breathing the cooler air it can make you a bit more comfortable. I have used it some during the summer heat.

Re: New User 2nd post (What about this mask)

Post by mrbreezeet1 » Sun May 07, 2017 12:04 pm

I think This is the one The PA was talking about then she said She didn't say any mask.
The doctor did mention this one. The DME brought this, in a medium, and a large amara view.
The large amara view is too big.
I like the Idea of this mask, It goes under the chin.
But it would not fit right, she had to make it too tight to seal.
It's a medium. I think I want to have her get me a large, If I don't get too much of an argument.
After all, That's what the doctor said to get. It''s not my fault they happened to have a medium on hand.
This is it here.
taping does not seem to be working out for me any longer.
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/FlexiF ... eviews-tab

Oh, and she The DME lady, said they were discontinuing the FlexiFit-432-HC432-Full-Face-Mask.
I didn't see and mention of that on the web site above.

I'm Sitting here thinking, Now I may have to have an argument with the woman from the DME supplier.
It occurs to me also, "hey, I shouldn't be given an argument , because after all, That is the one the doctor said to Get"
Am I right or wrong?
I am going to call tomorrow, and see what she says.
I think the medium is just a bit to small, I am hoping the large is big enough, and I won't need the X large.
Thanks for reading.

The DME "should" special order it for you.
If the doctor specifies the mask, and YOU can order it, there is NO REASON the DME can't.
If they choose not to, then they need to show cause to you and your insurance.

Thanks, I know, I agree, But It just seems like I always get an argument.
I called cpap.com, and he said, he has no notice that the mask is going to be discontinued.
maybe I will call Fisher & Paykel, next, and ask them.
I think she was just giving me an excuse.
Thanks,

Thanks,
Well tried to call the DME Supply several times.
Don't know if they were out of the office, but kept getting some kind of recorded thing I never heard before,
With music playing, "we will be with you shortly" Then it would ring, then nothing .
Happened 4 0r 5 times.
I just called the doctor, and she said she would try to get a hold of them.
Gave her the mask information.
So she called me back and said she couldn't get through either, so she Faxed the information over.
The regular lady called me back and said she had to order it, I said that was fine.
So I didn't have any trouble this time.
Thanks for reading.

Right now I've gone back to the simplex.
