Problems with Sleepyhead - problem solved

I must have messed up my original profile and it is now asking to setup a new user and then it says my SD card is locked hence it is now in a loop does anyone know how I can get this back operational, I imagine other people had this problem on a "Windows 10 Pro" PC

By removing the SD card I was able to get around the problem.

IF, in fact your SD card is locked, there is a lock/unlock switch on the side of the card.
