ResMed Air Sense 10 question

Post by FordGuy48 » Sat Apr 08, 2017 6:42 pm

I'm on MyAir web, and find it strange that it counts the time you remove the mask in the morning as a mask off. If I first turn the power off, then remove the mask, will I lose my sleep data for the night when I turn the machine back on?

Just because it counts it as a "mask off" event, and I usually get up once during the night to use the restroom, so I never get a perfect score. LOL

I'll second that. Get Sleepyhead if you want to know what's going on. Myair is mostly a compliance tool they added some bells and whistles to so as to help encourage neophyte users to keep on using.

Or it could be a way to get the patient to sign the agreement to collect your data wirelessly. Don't sign it or withdraw the agreement and see how they act.

I haven't downloaded "Sleepyhead" yet as I am a total newbie and just trying to find my footing (last night was #4 for me).

Are you saying you get annoying phone calls and emails from the administrators of the Sleepyhead software people?

I was going out today to get a card reader adapter for my new MacBook Pro so I could utilize the software because I like to be as well informed as I can about anything going on in my life...
