ResMed Air Sense 10 question
ResMed Air Sense 10 question
I'm on MyAir web, and find it strange that it counts the time you remove the mask in the morning as a mask off. If I first turn the power off, then remove the mask, will I lose my sleep data for the night when I turn the machine back on?
Re: ResMed Air Sense 10 question
why? you're taking the mask off, aren't you?most don't wear it all day.FordGuy48 wrote:I'm on MyAir web, and find it strange that it counts the time you remove the mask in the morning as a mask off.

Just because it counts it as a "mask off" event, and I usually get up once during the night to use the restroom, so I never get a perfect score. I'll second that. Get Sleepyhead if you want to know what's going on. Myair is mostly a compliance tool they added some bells and whistles to so as to help encourage neophyte users to keep on using.

Or it could be a way to get the patient to sign the agreement to collect your data wirelessly. Don't sign it or withdraw the agreement and see how they act.

Re: ResMed Air Sense 10 question
I haven't downloaded "Sleepyhead" yet as I am a total newbie and just trying to find my footing (last night was #4 for me).
Are you saying you get annoying phone calls and emails from the administrators of the Sleepyhead software people?
I was going out today to get a card reader adapter for my new MacBook Pro so I could utilize the software because I like to be as well informed as I can about anything going on in my life...
