Philips Respironics System One Fell on hardwood floor

Post by cam2 » Tue Apr 04, 2017 8:59 pm

Hi all.
Well...it happened!
My Machine fell off of the 2 foot high end table last night.
The 2 sections separated but I the humidifier section just snapped back together.
It seems to work fine and no audible peculiar noises.
Are these machines delicate or somewhat durable?
Thanks

No real answer, you got the one reprieve, lucky you. Have you named your machine yet, I suggest "Free Fall"! Make it so it doesn't happen again. Murphy is waiting... Jim

If it's still under warranty, then you could hypothetically RMA it. They may not accept it if you told them it was dropped. But consider yourself lucky it didn't break I guess.
