Wake up feeling....

For the past week or 10 days, I have woke up feeling bloated and have immediately had to belch. I feel bloated the first couple hours of the morning.

The only thing different I have done is purchased a chin strap to help keep my mouth closed at night.


Has anyone else ever faced these symptoms? Just wondering if its related to my machine. I've been back on it now for almost 2 months but it's just started within the last 2 weeks

Lots of people have faced it.
It's is called "aerophagia". Search the forum for it. Lots of discussion.
