Suddenly Pressure readings have gone bezerk

Have been using Resmed S9 Auto for last 1 and half years. Never felt better. Tried various Minimum & Maximum settings but no help. At-least My AHI was always less than 1 and pressure readings were between 8 to 11.

Last few days the pressure has gone upto 20. Every Morning I see that this is around 19 & 20 only However AHI is still under 1.

Don't know why sudden increase in pressure. Also unable to understand why I am not getting relief despite AHI under 1.

I am 42 Year old but physically a fit person who regularly hit the Jim everyday.

Unable to handle day time sleepiness now. My work & Family life has ruined. Doctors have no clues why CPAP therepy is not working. Some of them told me that I should opt for YOGA & there is no other cure now.
