Slept More Hours/Feel Worse
So, last night I put the mask on at 8 and laid awake with it on for a couple of hours, watching tv. Eventually woke up at 6. I expected to leap out of bed full of energy, clear-headed and ready to roll, feeling and looking great. 'Twas not the case. So, I'm now trying to figure out why. Since I felt and looked remarkably better after just 3 hours of wearing the mask, I assumed that more hours with the mask would bring an even better result. It didn't. I actually feel about the same way I do when I don't wear the mask at all. Feeling discouraged. Every single night, there is something that gets in the way. It is never quite right. So frustrating.

Do you remember waking very much during the night after you went to sleep?

Re: Slept More Hours/Feel Worse
I remember having trouble getting to sleep after the initial 3 hours of wearing the mask while awake.
