i have always been a mouth breather. when i first started the machine it was not easy to handle the pressure with a full face mask. I start feeling icky at 180, and feel really sick at 300. Your diabetes sounds like in the "brittle" range. The failure is in not owning it and treating it effectively--whatever that takes!
