Looking for S9 VPAP Adapt

Post by ak62 » Sun Feb 26, 2017 1:09 pm

Looking for an S9 VPAP Adapt if anyone has one they are willing to sell. Doesn't need to be brand new, but low hour usage is preferable. Thanks!

Thanks! Would having a 2010 humidifier be a hindrance at all?

Not as long as it was still working...and even if it wasn't or died soon...you can find a replacement fairly cheaply.

There were no changes in the humidifiers themselves in all these years.

Makes sense, I was just wondering if it was pointed out for any particular reason other than to make note of it. Is this a fair price for a machine with ~500 hours? I'm planning on giving them a call in a bit.

Yes. Fair price even without the humidifier. I have paid more for one with more hours. and thought I got a good deal and at the time it was a good deal.

It was mentioned because normally machines and humidifiers will match up in manufacturer dates or close to match when they are originally packaged and sold.

To have such a difference just means that these two items were put together later and didn't come that way originally for any number of reasons.
Maybe someone originally had the 2010 S9 Adapt and humidifier together and the Adapt died and they got a replacement but kept the original humidifier.
Maybe someone had the 2013 humidifier and the humidifier died and they got a used one from some place.
Maybe GoodWill got the 2 items totally separately from 2 different sources and they realized they went together and stuck them together.
Any number of reasons why there's a difference and it doesn't really matter why.

An email I just received from the sales coordinator at Goodhealthwill:

"Ak62, unfortunately it seems someone shoplifted that machine because we can't find it anywhere. I have one other Vpap with 8 thousand hours for $200."

So yes, biz, expect a PM.
