Suggestions where to sell Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset

I've come across a very clean Resmed S10 Autoset 37208 while helping a friend clean out their family memebers estate.

I looked into selling it on eBay and quickly realize they would not allow it. I saw a few places when I did a quick google search but was directed here when I clicked a link.

Does anyone here have any suggestions on how to go about selling it before I contact one of the sites I've seen while browsing.

People here may be interested, but they will want to know run hours, not therapy hours, and cost as a minimium
