New user.... how do I know if my pressure needs to be changed? Do I need another sleep study?

We need to see what machine you are using, and data from that machine. Start by posting what machine, (add it to your profile.) Then get SleepyHead software (free) and post your charts here. My signature will guide you trhough the process.

Sleep Study data, if you have any, is also a big help.

If you're comfortable and your AHI is low, you probably don't need any changes. If your AHI is five or above you need changes. If it's 2 or below, you probably don't. If it's between 2 and 5, there's a difference of opinion. Of course, the closer you can get to zero, the better.
