Rainout

I'm a newbie (less than a month) and last night I felt water coming from my mask (I use the nasal pillows) which I understand is called "rainout." I have no idea how this happened or how to make it stop. Last night I only used it for a couple of hours then threw it off in the night when the water started coming out of it.
