I have been on my bipap machine for 3 wks now and have issues keeping a good seal on my full face mask. I have a short goatee and does not seem to interfere. I don't do well with the nasal mask so that is not an option. Ideas?

Start by giving more details such as your mask make & model (should be listed on a label on the back of the strap), machine make & model written on the machine, pressures used, do you object to shaving clean if needed? etc.
Why do you think you don't have a good mask seal?
What size is the mask (S, M, or L) should be imprinted on the mask.

Full face mask? Is that what you are using? It would be helpful if we knew exactly which mask for more specific thoughts.
If a full face mask then maybe a mask liner might help? You can make your own or buy them ready made.
Instructions for DIY mask liners can be found on the forum or padacheek makes some really nice ones.

What pressure are you using on the bipap? Full face masks present a bit of a challenge if nothing else but due to the amount of mask making skin contact. Let's face it there is just more area to touch the skin needing to seal.
Are the leaks bad enough to impact therapy or are they just annoying and disturbing sleep? Are you monitoring the leaks with software?

Try a different full face mask maybe? They aren't all the same.
Once someone knows exactly which mask it is then maybe if they have success with it they can offer ideas.
