"Normal" to feel extra fatigued during first few days of CPAP use, while coming off of the nightly routine of Benadryl over last several years?

Unless a person has experience with doing this, they wouldn't know if it's normal.

Why not wait til you've been off the Benadryl for at least a week or so and see if things change.

Do you know if your cpap treatment is optimized? The settings on the cpap machine, or mask fitting, may need to be adjusted.
