Contec CMS50D+

Hi all we have just purchased a new Contec CMS50D+ pulse oximeter and have no trouble uploading data to SPo2 Assistant. When trying to upload to Sleepyhead I get the message to go to the menu on my device and hit the upload button. This model does not have an upload button so cannot proceed past this point.
We would like to upload to Sleepyhead to synchro the daily reports so would appreciate any assistance as searching on all sites and Google there does not appear to be any current info on this problem.

I bought the same one and got so frustrated that it wouldn't upload to sleepyhead that I returned it to Amazon. I then turned around and bought one online that works with my iPhone. I like it even better although it won't download to sleepyhead. It can however record 12 hours so I can review the data.

I use the CMS50D+ with sleepyhead and have no issue. It works perfectly fine once you learn how to operate it.
Sleepyhead Oximetery wizard Gives you Two choices.
Import directly or import from a saved spo2review data file on your computer.
when Recording directly you need to have the CMS50D+ in the Menu Settings screen and then the data will upload.
If the device shows Record on you need to turn it off.
Record on the device needs to indicate off for data to upload.
The CMS50D+ has no clock so you have to manually sync the time in sleephead.
Caution when in settings Menu and the Record on/Off,
If you turn record on the data on the device get erased and a new session recorded.
