Anyone Sleep Better With Nasal Flushing?

Post by AstralSurfer11 » Sun Jan 15, 2017 7:57 pm

I have chronic sinus congestion which is a nuisance for sleeping better. I've used Neti Pot before which helps sometimes but it's kind of a pain to use.

I saw something on TV called Navage which looks like an easier device to use. Anyone ever use it and if so do you feel having clear nasal passages helps you sleep better? I think it's important to do this daily.

My wife and I use NeilMed whenever we need a nasal flush. It's terrific. It helps a lot before bed.

My nose produces this wonderful cleansing liquid which flushes unwanted substances from my nasal passages.
S'not disgusting--it is useful, convenient, and effective.

NeilMEd Sinus Rinse is some good stuff. I swear I should buy stock in Neilmed. I recently had Sinuplasty surgery and I have been rinsing 3 to 6 times a day with the Sinus Rinse.

I have both Neti Pot and the Sinus Rinse. I'll see which one is better. I'll probably hold off on buying Navage. Not sure if it's worth the money just yet. But I am going to have to get in the habit of flushing my nose every day.

I don't need to do it every day, but when I use a netipot it certainly helps. The Navage looks interesting, but at the current asking price I will stay with my netipot. The "consumables" for the netipot are much cheaper, too.
But thanks for the heads up. It's always good to hear of new products.
