F&P Icon do not write data over usb key

Hi, i have 2 questions:
1- i have a Fisher & Paykel Icon auto cpap. It working fine, but after about 1 year it stop writing data over the usb key. Why ? I have controlled the key (is not full) the cpap is wordking..

2- Can everybody sell me the F&P original sw ?

What were you using to view the data? Were you using Sleepyhead or just sending the data to your provider by inserting it into your computer? Is your computer Windows and have you upgraded to Windows 10?

Hi Oky, thanks for answer me.
I have a pc with XP pro its working fine and i use SleepyHead for reading the data.
The buzz is: why the icon cpap machine do not write the data over usb stick ? I read directly from the pa and the data is olways old.

Also you can buy another F&P USB. Here in the US they are about $10.
