Depends on the DME, you should ask them.
Current Settings PS 4.0 over 10.6-18.0 (cmH2O) - Resmed S9 VPAP Auto w/h5i Humidifier - Quattro Air FFM
TNET Sleep Resource Pages - CPAP Machine Database
Put your equip in your Signature - SleepyHead v1.0.0-beta-1

What DME, what city are you in? I use lincare, takes about a week or less to ship items direct to my home. Their warehouse is in FL, I am in Illinois.
Are you a brand new customer, not set up with a DME yet? That may take a little longer to get into their system.

oh i just recently got it today

*all i really wanted was a head gear* but will have to wait another 30 days before insurance will pay.
......

i just figured out something I was asking about a cushion but the cushion comes with clear acrylic frame.
Cushion Note: Please note that the silicone cushion is attached to a clear acrylic frame and the two cannot be separated.

just learned that. so i kept thinking i can take off the cushion and put new one it dont work that way.
like here is example of what i am talking bout. it has the diffuser built it. *me think its called that.*

If you are desperate you could also try the sleep labs in your area. When i got caught out I went to my sleep lab, explained my situation and they gave me free mask which they did after I had my titration there. It was a Swift LT marked not for resale.

A FORMER DME tried to sell me a mask marked like that.
(Throws flag)
I quietly took my business elsewhere.
