I think a lot of us feel using e.g. baby wipes are good daily for the mask, and perhaps a weekly swish with mild soap (no alcohol). No disinfectant that I'm aware of and no sprays (they may well contain all kinds of chemicals you don't want there, whether or not they dry quickly and/or are 'wiped' off afterward. Most agree that cleaning hoses is a waste of time altogether and a lot have never bothered in years (literally) as what takes place is that room air (that you breathe all day) goes through a filter (which you don't wear all day ) at the back of the machine, then straight through and out of your nose/mouth/CO2 vent... and doesn't go back, so there's really nothing to clean. Obviously anything can happen in a given room of a given person at any time of day, so if you see something in the hose that won't blow out, then rinse it, hang to dry or let the blower do that job.

You should use distilled (not just some 'bottled') water in your humidifier, and refill as it empties, and if it makes you happy, swish the remainder around and dump it, but it seems a bit of a waste of dis. water. If at any time you do notice anything in the tank, swish that with a little vinegar in the water and rinse, and/or use a Q-tip (cotton swab) to clean. Some of us don't always use dis. water, but rely on tap water a lot, so do have to clean more often, but it's not a big deal as long as you keep a close eye on things.
