Me back hurts

For the first time ever, I am sleeping on my back since beginning the cpap five weeks ago. Now I am experiencing pain in the middle, about half way down my back. It goes away soon after I get up in the morning. Is it the bed or is it me? Any suggestions on what to do?

There are always many possibilities, including the mattress itself. Even if a mattress was a great one 15 years ago, it may be going through the sagging-with-age that we do, too.

Do you prefer sleeping on your back, or are you deliberately trying to sleep on your back for some reason now?
