Sleepyhead

Post by K5MOW » Sun Feb 14, 2016 8:29 am

Good morning everyone

This is my first night with my new machine Airsense 10 Autoset. Not exactly sure how to read sleepyhead. Can someone look at these sleepyhead pictures and tell me if I did OK during the night. It was kind of a long night I did not sleep well during the night but I don't believe it was because of my machine. It was probably stress from work thinking about things.

I am going to try to learn how to read this software but in the meantime please let me know how the night went.

So I don't need to do anything. It all looks good.

The most basic thing is watch the AHI number. Anything under 5 is considered treated. Anything around AHI of 1 or 2 is excellent. Last night you had AHI 0.6. If your AHI starts to creep up, that is something to watch out for.

See the Therapy Efficiacy data- a good place to start is learn what those terms are. Those terms are what make up the AHI.

This site will help you learn how to organize your graphs, take a screenshot, and post using Imgur. It is 3 pages long so at the bottom of each page click on the next link. https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepyhead/shorganize
This is a link with info on Sleepyhead although it is for a previous version much is the same. The links on the left do not work but they do in the document itself.
