Hi,
I'm about to buy a high priced Bipap S machine that will help my central apneas as well, collect data, not rain out, etc. Do anyone have feedback on Resmed vs. Resperonics ?

A BiPAP S is a confusing choice. BiPAP is a trademark for Philips Respironics, and their bilevel models are the BiPAP Pro, BiPAP Auto, BiAPAP Auto S/V and BiPAP ST.
Resmed sells S9 series VPAP S, VPAP Auto, or the newer Aircurve 10 S, Aircurve 10 VAuto, Aircurve 10 ASV.
It sounds like you are going for the fixed bilevel, which is the lower end of the bilevel therapy options It's okay for obstructive patients looking for more comfort or with a need for lower exhalation pressure, but the auto machines are very close in cost and are better IMO. Neither is designed to treat central or complex apnea.
Can you explain in some more detail the central issue you are having? Straight bilevel devices will not resolve complex or central apnea, and ASV is usually necessary where this is a real problem.
