It looks like you could have been waking around 5:30 and again around 7:30. You mentioned sleeping through 3 alarms. What time are they set for? You went to bed around midnight, what time do you need to be up? How do you feel when you don't set an alarm - like on the weekend? What time do you go to bed and get up then?
Medications? Are you taking anything that may produce the grogginess you are experiencing? Have you had a good physical with a full complement of blood tests lately? Have you complained to your doctor about your morning grogginess/fatigue?
Your sleep doesn't look too bad to me until around 5 am when it begins to look like it is being disturbed. Any environmental factors that could be a factor? Anybody else in the house getting up early, traffic, lights, etc?
How about sleep hygiene? (see the link) Dark cold room, regular bed and rise times, caffeine use and those kinds of things? Do you try not to use caffeine after noon? Alcohol before bedtime?

I only see one obstructive apnea in the above chart. As Den is kind of suggesting, you may want to try straight cpap around 11 cm to eliminate the pressure changes of auto as a source of disturbance.
