My ahi on my machine was 3 last night. Where do I even begin to go to fix this? Should I go get a second opinion.

The one that I have does treat centrals. I have tried doing everything you could imagine. I even tried putting a clip over the straps so it would pull my hair. I took that rivht off in my sleep and didn't even wake me up.
