Hurricane Dryer question

Hi everyone! Happy holiday season and all that humbug I have a question about the hurricane dryer for those who have one. All other considerations aside (e.g., cost, need, etc. etc.), I was wondering how *noisy* it is. I would have to use it in my kitchen in the morning with my wife sleeping about two doors away in the bedroom. A low hum would be nice, the decibel level of a coffee grinder not so much. Thanks in advance for all knowledge and opinions!

What is the "hurricane dryer", what are you contemplating drying and why?

Hurricane dryer???? I don't think it's possible to dry a hurricane...

cpap.com carries the product.
It doesn't mention noise levels in the specs that I could see.

It says that the warm air used is "static" which I guess might mean there is no fan blowing it around.
I have no experience with it and I don't know anyone off hand who uses it so can't comment otherwise.

I agree with most of the other replies... you don't need it. There's no sanitary advantage, it will take up space and it's likely to consume a fair amount of electricity. It may be noisy too... hard to say without using it. Who knows what it will do to the silicone parts.

Just my two cents worth.

If no one has answered the question of noise level, I will try. The noise level is minimum and likely more noise would come from an unstable or metal platform than from dryer motor. Two doors away should be just fine.
