Philips DreamStation replacement question
I’ve been using a dream station apap for quite a long time now. I finally registered my unit for a replacement due to the foam on the Philips website. The problem is, I have used my DME provider in several years. I’ve moved twice to different states since I stated, and I’ve just been buying new mask...

Re: Flooding. Why?
In the last two weeks, I've now had two instances with flooding. Philips dream station, and dreamwear mask, and a hose sock. Cpap on the nightstand, hose draped up and over the headboard that is pretty tall. Rolled over on my side, and I comes the water drops to tickle my nose. Mask had water all o...

Julie has already made up her mind that ecigs are bad and will only search out articles that will support her opinion.

Encouragement needed
You got the same setup I did a few months ago. The Pico mask sucks! It was complete hell. Uncomfortable, hot air exhaled from my nose was extremely irritating. I switched to the DreamWear mask, and it was a night and day difference! I slept like the dead every night since then. Throw that Pico mask ...

Re: Low testosterone?
I do. No changes in my testosterone level. I'd say finding a really good doctor familiar with testosterone replacement therapy, and one that accepts my insurance is one of the biggest challenges I've ever faced in the medical world. Some family docs pretend to know about TRT and when discussing it w...

Re: Anyone used the new DreamStation Auto by Phillips?
I've had the dreamstation for a few months now. I think it works great. It blows air at the doctors prescribed settings and I can add humidity to it and even heat the hose. Just like most other brands of cpap! Software - I am not too concerned really anymore. My sleep study was good, my doctor is go...

Re: Weather change, dried out nose, aggrevating
Thanks. My humidity and hide temp are each separately controlled. I like cool air, so no heat. I'll raise my humidity level a little each night until I find relief I guess.

Weather change, dried out nose, aggrevating
As soon as I have my cpap humidifier dialed in perfectly, the weather cools off and the air dries out. Now, I am fighting the bloody nose and stuffy nose ordeal. I bumped my humidity up a point, but no help yet. Having natural gas heat in the house will just dry me out even more as soon as it gets a...

Best nasal pillow mask ?
Im in the same position. Hands down, the DreamWear mask is what you should try. Just sits under your nose, nothing invades your nostrils. After a few minutes, you won't even feel it on your nose.
