A reasonable starting point for scoring pulse events is to look at a change of 15 beats per minute over a period of 30 seconds. There will still be some "false" events, but that will go a long way in eliminating a lot of the "noise."

To me it looks like your pulse is staying in a relatively narrow range of between about 85 and 93. Completely normal.

Interesting...

My pulse rate runs in the 45 - 70 range and I think of that as being "normal."

Adult awake heart rate of 60-100 is considered normal.
