Re: CPAP for sale
Thanks for the bump. I have my AS10 as a backup, and I could really use the cash. If anyone is interested, I’ll take $500 plus shipping.

CPAP for sale
Forgive me if this is not allowed, I haven’t needed to be on these forums for a while, but this site was instrumental in helping me when I got started. I received a brand new dreamstation 2 from Phillips due to the recall. I already purchased an airsense 11, so I was hoping to sell the DS2 to recoup...

Re: Pulse Ox
I guess my concern is my pressure is already super high. I am about 15.5-17 on my apap. My numbers look ok, ahi is under 1 usually, but I’m constantly exhausted. I’m hesitant to go get another sleep study, because I don’t think there’s much more they can do. I had UPPP surgery unsuccessfully and onc...

Pulse Ox
Does anyone use a pulse oximeter at night? If so which one? I want to keep an eye on it because even though my AHI is under 1, I still feel exhausted and want to be able to see my spo2. I don’t want to spend a whole lot, is there a good option?

Re: Airsense 10 CPAP Vs Dreamstation APAP
I’m going to purchase through cpap.com because they have a prescription on file. I can’t go through a DME or insurance becuase I havent seen sleep doc since 2014, and he will make me come in and get another study done before writing a new script. I dont want to go through all that headache and month...

Re: Airsense 10 CPAP Vs Dreamstation APAP
I have a cpap not an elite so the data would be an added bonus. My pressure is high at 14, so I don’t know if apap would be beneficial or not. My ahi is usually under 2, but I don’t feel rested which is why I think I a more advanced machine might help.

Airsense 10 CPAP Vs Dreamstation APAP
I have an Airsense 10 fixed cpap. I would like to move to an APAP but the airsense 10 Apap is a couple hundred more than the dreamstation, putting it out of my price range. I have read through threads and the dreamstation has a very low opinion over the resmed. Would the benefits of apap over cpap o...

Need a new machine, but don’t want another study
I have a prescription on file with cpap.com from 2014. It says cpap. I have been using an old apap machine which I like better. I want to get a new apap. Will cpap.com sell me an apap with my current prescription? I really don’t want to go back to the doctor for a new script, he will want another sl...

Re: Clogged ear
Thanks all. Usually it clears up shortly after waking up, but this has been all day. Sinus could be a thing too.
It's really annoying not being able to hear. Hope it clears up tomorrow.

Clogged ear
Anyone have issues with their ears being clogged when using your pap? I have a theory that the pressure (I'm at 13.5) is blowing through the eustachian tube and aerating the wax causing it to flow and clog the ear. Usually it clears after waking, today it's been over an hour and it's still clogged. ...

Non sleep apnea related...
Ok, this isn't exactly sleep apnea related, but I thought I would find some kindred spirits amongst this group. A fair percentage of us with OSA are over weight, and that is the basis of my question. I am a large man, 6'3" 365lbs. My belly hangs over the waist of my pants considerably. Recently, my ...

Re: Sleep apnea and depression
Does anyone have any experience with sleep apnea and depression? I have had bouts of depression in the past, and seem to be going through it again now. I am marginally compliant with my cpap, meaning 2 maybe 3 times a week I will wear it, if I try real hard. Last time I was depressed I remember I w...
