Re: CPAP Wireless SD Card for The Rest of Us

Papit, what about the other option of just using SleepMaster to automatically grab the data daily? I use SleepMaster and I don't generally need to do anything as its scheduled. Also, I shoot the data to my original SD card that is connected to the PC - this enables ResScan to also take the data in....

Re: Central Apnea

Papit The ResMed S9 you are using is the one they made me give up because they did the study on the wrong machine. I agree with you, the ResMed gave me no problems and I slept like a baby! I would make an early appointment with my sleep doc and ask him to specifically prescribe the ResMed machine b...

Re: CPAP Wireless SD Card for The Rest of Us

For the non-techies among us: 1. Would this work to transfer data from an A10 to a computer running Sleepyhead without having to insert the SD card into the computer each time? 2. Would we need a special kind of SD card for this to work, or would it work with the SD card that comes with a machine f...

CPAP Wireless SD Card for The Rest of Us

Wireless SD Card Data-transfer to SleepyHead/OSCAR - Aug 14, 2015 (Rev 1/30/2022) For us non-techies. If you check your sleep data and detailed graphs daily on ResScan or SleepyHead, evolved and now known as OSCAR, then this is for you. I now leave a new WiFi SD card in my xPAP machine and it wirel...

Re: Central Apnea

Does Central Apnea ever go away? Or decrease a lot Interesting question, seajay. I had no Central apnea based on my initial sleep tests. They seem to have developed after a while using CPAP. Eventually, my Centrals outnumbered my treated Obstructives and I was retested and prescribed one of the bes...

Re: One year on with CPAP - lessons learned

The first most important lesson learned: 1. Be persistent and expect to counter difficulties. When you think about it the reason is obvious - the brain has got used to a certain ritual about relaxing to go to sleep so strapping a blowing mask over the face is not normal and will initially disrupt t...

Re: FlashPAP Java Wireless WiFi SDCard Transfer - Win/Mac/Linux

You can get the FlashAir Firmware Update tool at: http://www.toshiba.co.jp/p-media/english/download/wl/updatetool_w02.htm This is for the W-02 card! Tool is a little bit funky, has you insert and remove (properly) the card a couple times and can not only check the firmware level, but also rebuild t...

Re: Sleep Master Wireless XPAP data transfer

I haven't pulled it out of my S9 for some time now to check. Does it accumulate/save all our data for purposes of say taking it with us every 12 months for annual sleep doctor appointments? Btw, thanks for the earlier help you gave me. Yes, but i would never give my doctor the FlashAir card itself....

Re: inner piss

Bump. Cracked me up good. I'm passing this on because it worked for me today. A Dr. on TV said that in order for us to have inner peace we should always finish things we start, which will bring us a sense of satisfaction in our lives. We also should find ways to bring more calm and relaxation. So I ...

Re: POLL: Who Are My Foes?

At any rate, and in all honesty, the original rationale for the poll was to test this hypothesis: At any given time, bitter comments tend to be restricted to a single thread. Consequently, if the petty comments could be restricted to a single cauldron, the rest of the forum might run a little smoot...

Re: How to Decrease Resistance in Machine

In another thread there was a post where someone listed the steps to change the pressure. That post was followed by someone advising you to print and save those instructions. That's how you change the pressure. Good luck, Earl Right, but I couldn't make sense out of it. I was wondering if someone c...

Re: 2nd Sleep Study shows RLS

. . . It does say RLS but also that later in the night I snore even with my mask on. They suggest that turn one of the facilities on my machine OFF may help with this. I'm at a loss as to which feature this may be and the letter does not expand on this, just saying that this will be sorted when I s...

Re: Here are my Sleep Test Numbers (Titration)

Good point Pale Rider. The manager said that the test was no good and I did stay up the whole night, therefore it was deleted. But then again, can you diagnose someone with Apnea if they don't sleep? who's to say what happened? given the complete inability to understand and comprehend simple concep...
