Looking for a pulse oximeter

Hi. can someone recommend an accurate pulse oximeter with good features, USB connection, displays overnight data on PC, and $200 or less. Thank you! I am interested in the freedom of the wrist worn models, but maybe the standalone devices are more robust.

Any CMS-50 D+, F, or I ('eye') models will record overnight. The D+ model is a all-in-one fingertip unit that can be finicky on getting the data downloaded. It's the cheapest. The F and I models are a wrist worn unit with a plugin (mini USB) finger sensor. The F and D+ models will record only 1 session and will overwrite the previous data each time the record start function is initiated. The I model will record up to 15 sessions. While all units record the SpO2 and pulse, the I model additionally records the Perfusion Index(PI). The D+ and F models can be obtained locally or online. The I model (I think except for 1 unit) has to be imported from online suppliers. All these units can have their data imported/merged into Sleepyhead with your CPAP's data. I almost forgot, the F and I models have a bluetooth version that carries a "W" designator after the model letter. The bluetooth option is only good for real-time data analysis while near a computer with its software. This is a worthless feature for overnight data acquisition. I personally own the F and IW models and like both of them.

Still having trouble deciding.

I'm interested in a finger tip unit that is compatible with sleepyhead but not as finnicky as the D+, as you say, and also comfortable.

One side note about the 50D+ for consideration (i.e: not a game changer). Several apnea site posts suggest that the user of this model, tape it on for better reliability and readings. The reason for this is because this unit is bulkier (and heavier) due to everything located at one place.
