This question should go to your prescribing Doctor. You may need to adjust your concerta dose or its timing. Sleep apnea causes ADD like symptoms, so treating sleep apnea may reduce your need for medication. Contact your doctor.

Many thanks. I was thinking same. Its confusing after a long periode of thinking that I was sure that ADD was my solution. Anyway I will disguss with my specialist.

Yes. I was on Concerta for 15 years. A few years ago, I got the CPAP machine which has been amazing for me ever since then. About a year ago, I decided on a whim (prodding from my new wife) to stop taking the Concerta (also 72mg/day). I was tired the next day and a little tired the day after that. Then an amazing thing happened. I was fine without taking Concerta. In hindsight, I was treating sleep apnea with stimulants. I thought I had ADD, but didn't. However, I don't know you, so my results may or not be your results.
