Thank you for all of the input... I went to my doctors and he is going to push to get me on CPAP asap when i was at the doctors my BP was 114/90 which is pretty good my pulse was way high though when i got there it was 144 when i left it was 90 and throughout the day it usually stays around 90... When I stand up my pulse and BP rise and when I have a panic attack they rise, sometimes being around 155/107 mark then when I lay down and breathe it drops down to 135/85 or somewhere int hat zone...
So I dont know if this anxiety, sleep apnea or a heart condition but this is really bothering me now.
Just discovered I have sleep apnea, been hell...

Your description clearly indicate the OSA is your PRIMARY problem.
Getting CPAP asap should be your first priority. It's not difficult at all to buy a decent machine from craigslist and wait for your prescription to go through the system.
BTW: your dad need CPAP too. OSA is linked to airway anatomy and hence highly heritable
