Definitely do not be afraid of higher pressures (see mine below) but also practice settling down before you put on the pillows then count 10-12 good deep breaths through your nose to see if that opens your nostrils up. Also pull your pillows away from your nose and resettle them a few times.If not try reducing your humidity although it should not be too high at start up as it warms up. Not everyone needs humidity.
