Because of the potential consequences of unrecognized cardiac issues, of course vigilance is warranted. The PVC's / PAC's I get I guess are way more mild; one or two a day, if that. But they really pack a punch when they happen. And I do have bad anxiety which makes it a vicious cycle.

We all get pretty sensitive when it comes to heart issues and chest pain, we are not doctors and don't diagnose. From your post I assume you have had heart caused chest pain in the past so compare that to what is happening in the morning and what I listed above. If in doubt at all see your doctor, ...

So as probably a few of you, I have high blood pressure and take meds for it. Just wanted to jump in and say I'm also a n00b on my 5th night and to say that improvement happens fast! So don't be discouraged if your first night sucks. Yeah - I didn't think the results would be stellar because I've only used it for a nap and during the set-up at the Health Aid store.
