I recently lost my segment data for a night in which knowing the numbers for just the one segment was important to me.
I generally collect it through Encore but, for that night, I somehow failed.
I took a quick look at the night in SleepyHead to see if I could reconstruct what I needed and discovered( belatedly) that SleepyHead allows you to look at individual sessions of the total for one day's data. Got back the missing information nicely.
Another reason to use both SleepyHead and Encore because the reporting is different between them and allows different looks at the data.
