DME one track mind

So I got a letter from the DME I fired over 6 months ago informing me that they have been bought out by one of the bigger fish (two months ago) but don't worry, I'll still get the outstanding service I've come to expect, blah blah blah. The funny part is even though it's just a one page letter it arrived with a return envelope inside as if it were a bill. They never told me how much to send so I tossed it out. Even happier I fired them when I did too

We have gotten letters and phone calls from former DME's.
We tossed the letters and made the phone calls stop.
(We called them, asking what's up? We had not been a customer for at least three years,
adding that we would appreciate it if they would please forget our phone numbers.)

I love the 1 week customer satisfaction survey I got after just short of 3 weeks. Picked up the unit on the 6th, their system says the 15th and insurance said they were billed on the 20th. it's a wonder they stay in business.
Sleeping MUCH better now

The hospitals always send out their survey long before the bill.
????
I let the hospital know I was getting my reconstruction revision surgery done there because
they handled their prescription error a month ago honestly and quickly.
{{they earned my repeat business, and I let them know it}}

I'm with you. I never fill out customer satisfaction surveys until I think the time period for all that could go wrong has passed.
