That will not surprise quite a few of us.
Thank you for the update.

I bought and used the Zyppah and have worn it for three night without my cpap full mask. My wife says I don't snore with it, but based on several of the other post, I'm not sure if it stopped my OSA. My wife said I didn't snore, but could tell me if I still had stopped breathing episodes. I originally bought the Zyppah to help keep my jaw closed so my mask wouldnt leak, but tried it for a few nights without the cpap mask. It cost 89 bucks with free shipping, still pricey for a moth guard but seems like it worked pretty good for me so far.

Since you already have both, I would suggest you continue using the cpap,
and save the Zyppah for power outages or mechanical failure of the cpap.
No promises, but it might be better than nothing.

There are a few members with a lot of time to post who are "locked in on CPAP" and determined not to look at anything else. They aggressively guard their CPAP territory.

if you want to champion other methods of dealing with sleep apnea, that's fine, but go somewhere else... this is, in case you missed it CPAPtalk... not "oral applance talk". there's other support places on the net for people that want to do those things.

Just a guess, but maybe the Oral appliance support forum has little or no activity?
"Attrition"?

just be aware that you're not going to find a whole lot of sympathy for your snarky comments...here.

and carping about people trying to make the best of CPAP, on a CPAP forum, makes you look pretty stupid.

that's about all that old, tired, unimaginative "Get out of your mom's basement and get some fresh air" sewer effluent you barfed up deserves.

if you want to be deserving of a better class of insult, you should up your game.

as it is, you're just not worth any effort.

Want to guess, in the three years since this thread was started, how many people have successfully used CPAP and how many have successfully used Zyppah?

Right, the whole thing is moot anyways as I found out I have to have proof of compliance, so, oral appliances will not satisfy that requirement, so that's why I was trying to find answers to all my options. So I didn't make a mistake. Some just jump on you if you even mention other options.
