Insurance cannot give me mask without Diagnostic Test

Post by Enchanter » Thu Jul 30, 2015 3:10 am

But the problem is that the lab never sent in the Diagnostic test for OSA because it was deleted day 1. I left messages and have not heard back from the lab. The doctors office said that that particular lab is the only one that I can work with according to my insurance. Like I said, this issue just never gets resolved. 2 weeks ago the story was that the Test interpreter was rushed to the EMERGENCY ROOM and stayed at the hospital for 4 days. Now the issue is that the test was deleted and I can't get a hold. What do I do at this point? I'm considering that maybe OSA isn't a big deal and can just be cured through other means. I don't know what the right size or PAP settings are if I were to get a new mask that fits properly. Like I said, it's hard not to just give up because it's too much effort. Even if I do get a call back from the lab to redo the diagnostic test, what if I can't sleep again? I used the Ambiens up. What if they lose the test again? I have NO idea why they deleted it. Healthcare says they are required to keep it for 7 years. Manager said because it was invalid. But if it was invalid, how did they diagnose me? That's what I don't understand. Tech said the diagnosis was correct, but he deleted the test for that night because I didn't get enough sleep with the mask on, so it was invalid. But I don't understand why he would delete the diagnosis part. Maybe because I didn't get enough sleep and he wanted to just get it over with that night? From what I remember, his goal was to get me all finished up that first night.

Stop obsessing over what happened. Find either another doctor or demand that you be sent to a different lab and get re-tested. Get someone (doctor?) to talk to your insce. co. and explain what actually happened (not what was rumored to have happened) and explain that you need a new and valid test because you need medical care for OSA... that was already diagnosed if not properly titrated.

We can no longer listen to all the speculation around your testing - however true it all may be. Either find a way to get tested and be given a prescription and equipment or stop wasting your time and ours.

STOP creating new threads about the same crap. Stick to the long threads that you have been using instead.

How come Cecil The Lion gets all the sympathy? And they're ready to skewer the dentist, but the snake killers are hailed as heroes?

Personally, I think they should have cut up the dentist and fed him to the snakes, but that's me.

Just sayin'.

Also, I think people who say "just sayin'" should be cut up and fed to the snakes as well.

If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

The poetic justice would be to sentence him to community service--in the community he violated.
After a random amount of time, his remains might be found, SKINNED AND BEHEADED.
He is so hated there. And everywhere else.

So as of now my order has been placed on HOLD. People wanted my thread to die and were not responding to it on purpose. I don't know why anyone gives a flying fuck what I post or don't post.

No Julie, whatever it's over. I'm not doing this anymore.

The Meaness and hurtful comments are way out of line. If you are saying things to just be mean, then please stop it. It's not worth hurting someone's feelings over.
Thank you.
