I too have RLS big time and have been prescribed with Mirapex. I experience some dry mouth when awakening in the morning that may be a side effect I'm quite willing to live with. And that's because it works very well for me in quieting down restless legs so they don't affect my sleep. My sleep doc says that's the standard treatment for RLS.
