Travel BiPap Recommendation needed

Post by dbillow » Fri Jul 03, 2015 7:38 am

I have been using a Respironics BiPap Pro with a full face Resmed mask for three years. I am looking for a recommendation on a good travel unit to use on the road. I see these adverts for really small CPAP units and I'd like to get something very portable, preferably battery powered if they exist. A primary goal is being able to pack this inside carry on luggage. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Don

Hi Don,

I looked into this out of curiosity before my recent trip and didn't find anything. Best of luck with your quest to find something.

Are you aware that a case containing a CPAP, hose and mask is considered medical equipment and doesn't count toward your carry on allowance?

I'm aware of all airline allowances. I just don't want to drag another bag around. I travel a lot. Thanks

What are your pressure settings? Is BiPAP a requirement? Do you need a humidifier?

When/where do you intend to use the battery?
