I've got stress TMJ.... when I get stressed, I clench my teeth and the TMJ pain arrives

TMJ related pain has never been an issue with my Quattro.... While I had major leaks with the Quattro FX, Quattro Air and the Simplus, I never had issues with my TMJ with those mask either

this blog is directed towards the Quattro, but a lot of the tips will work on all FFM's

The Breeze nasal pillows mask MAY still be available. I was at my DME's office today and he is going to try to order one for me. Take a look at it on CPAP.com. It is not a lightweight mask but it was probably better for my TMJ problems than the Airfit P10 I have been using for the last 1.5 years. There is no single mask that works for everyone. Let us know what works for you.

I found the Respcare Hybrid put less stress on my jaws then the quatro. One reason is that the chin flap helps keep my mouth closed so the lowers straps just basically hold the mouth piece in place, all the stress is on the straps holding the nasal pillows with an extra piece of elastic across them.
